Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days after the order has been confirmed and prepared for shipping.

Delivery times may vary depending on the governorate, delivery area, courier company, or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Details

Before confirming your order, please make sure that the following information is correct:

• Color.
• Size.
• Quantity.
• Phone number.
• Delivery address.

If you need to change any order details, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped.

Once the order has been handed over to the courier, some changes may no longer be possible.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Inspection upon delivery may be available depending on the nature of the shipment and the courier company's policy.

Please check the product, color, size, and visible condition upon delivery. If there is any clear discrepancy or visible shipping damage, please contact us immediately.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Incorrect details or failure to answer delivery calls may result in delays.

مدة التوصيل

يتم توصيل الطلبات عادة خلال 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب وتجهيزه للشحن.

المعاينة عند الاستلام

يمكن إتاحة المعاينة عند الاستلام وفقًا لطبيعة الشحنة وسياسة شركة الشحن.

يرجى التأكد من المنتج، اللون، المقاس والحالة الظاهرية للشحنة عند الاستلام، والتواصل معنا فورًا في حالة وجود اختلاف أو تلف ظاهر.
